Scalapay allows you to book your stay at Active Hotel Paradiso and pay in 3 or 4 convenient monthly instalments with no interest. At the time of booking, you pay the first instalment immediately (1/3 or 1/4 of the total), while the remaining instalments are automatically charged every month until the full amount is paid. You can choose between 3 or 4 instalments during checkout. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required to access this rate.

Scalapay is available only with the non-refundable rate at Active Hotel Paradiso. This means the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded, but it guarantees interest-free instalment payments in 3 or 4 instalments.

Scalapay is completely free if instalments are paid on time. If the automatic payment fails and there is a delay of more than 24 hours, a late fee of up to €6 will be applied. After more than 9 days of delay, the fee may increase up to a maximum of €12 per payment.

You can link a credit, debit, or prepaid card from Visa, Mastercard, or American Express to pay your instalments. The card is added when creating your Scalapay account (about 2 minutes, no documents required), and you can choose whether to pay in 3 or 4 instalments.

Yes! With the Scalapay app you can reschedule a payment in case of unforeseen events or pay the full amount early. You can choose between 3 or 4 instalments at the time of booking and receive SMS and email reminders 4 and 2 days before each due date to stay organised.
